What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Stripe, credit cards, and debit cards. Please refer to the payment page for specific methods. If you want to use a payment method not listed on our page, please contact us via email and let us know the method you prefer. We will respond within 3 working days to confirm if we can accommodate your preferred payment method.
*Please note that requesting a new payment method may result in a longer waiting time, causing the product to sell out before you can purchase it. We cannot offer any additional solutions for changes to product sales dynamics, so please choose wisely and use one of the supported standard payment options.
Can I use Afterpay?
We are sorry, but we currently do not accept Afterpay.
How can I get a discount?
Since most of our products are limited edition, discounts are rare. If any discount events occur, we will notify you via email, so please subscribe to BoB creatives.
About Return or Exchange
Can I return or exchange items?
Because the products are mostly limited edition and some involve a subsequent lottery, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue. Thank you for your understanding and support! However, we will make every effort to ensure a great shopping experience. For example, you can request:
Before shipment: We will provide a video call or email with a video of the product's perfect condition before shipment. Additionally, we will request the logistics company to take pictures and videos of the product’s condition upon receipt to ensure it is in good condition.
During transportation: We will track the shipping progress and status, and if needed, we will purchase shipping insurance for the product.
About Shipment
Where do you ship from?
The general shipping location is Hong Kong, though some products are shipped from Guangdong, China, and a small number from the U.S. Free shipping typically takes 30 days or less, but expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
Can I pick up my product in person?
Currently, some cultural memorabilia can be picked up in person in the W.A. region of the U.S. or in Hong Kong, but all cultural creative products must be shipped.
